M says: The Penetrix has an adjustable harness which will fit most sizes. Once securely in place I found the controller easy to use. The vibrations are very strong on full power but you can turn it down if it is too much for you. I did find the vibrator a little noisy. The mini d-rings attaching the straps tend to vibrate although not so loudly once you are wearing the harness. The dildo is a comfortable size with a good narrow tip to start which increases at the base. Remember plenty of lubrication is the key to good sex!
