The straps are joined using press studs. There are two positions for the strap that encloses the balls to provide some degree of adjustment and three sized rings to cater for a range of penis sizes.
Take care not to use too small a ring - because they are metal and cannot be stretched or easily cut, if you get an erection that will not go away because the ring is too tight, it will be very difficult to remove.
